The algorithm is said to have been developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and is currently being used by social media companies to monitor content posted by users. So far, we know that traditional social media platforms implemented this censorship regime, but could Big Tech force Parallel Economy Social Media platforms to enforce them too?

It was widely reported that TRUTH Social was actually being prevented from inclusion on the Google Play Store due to their concerns over its “inadequate content moderation”.

Obviously, the use of AI algorithms to monitor and censor speech on social media is a disgusting practice that poses a severe threat to free speech and open communication. I doubt that Parallel Economy social media platforms like Parler, GETTR, Rumble, and TRUTH Social would willingly implement these AI censorship programs, however I do wonder if they would be able to avoid doing so if the Big Tech platforms made them mandatory for inclusion on their app stores?
